- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to the office to have check out, and the nurse practitioner who took care of me was great ( 5 stars). However the people of the billing department were rude spacially I guess her name was Zussan. I was having difficulty understanding the bill and I called my insurance and they told me that it was mistake. When I called the office to make sure that everything was ok. zussan told me something completely different. When I was trying to explain her she asked to stop talking because she was talking. I believe it is a shame that a person like her work in such as beautiful Place. I don't think it is fear that people can treat you bad just because.
