- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There is nothing like your local retail pharmacy. In my opinion, Express Scripts does not care enough about their customers. Should you be experiencing an issue or having a problem, they could careless. It's your problem. Your problem to solve and prevent in the future. They are not apologetic nor do they take steps to ensure they prevent your experience to repeat in the future. Due to insurance requirements I must use Express Scripts but if I had my choice I wouldn't and I will never recommend it to friends and family.December 28, 2016by Jay C
