- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Suntrust is an awful bank (not the local branches but Suntrust overall). They charge fees for everything, and are no better than common thieves. My direct deposit check was supposed to be in by Friday, like it has been for the las 3 YEARS. It is Saturday and MY money is still not in my account and I was just told it wouldnt be in until MONDAY. As far as Im concerned this is theft. My companie's bank has transferred the funds and the money is SITTING at Suntrust in the ACH department WAITING to be posted. THIS MONEY DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM AND THEY ARE WITHOLDONG IT. We have been with them for 8 years and kept a balance of at least $5K and in the last year Suntrust has become nothing more than dirty thieves. Community banks and Credit Unions are the way to go!!! Stay away from the bailout banks like Bank of America, Suntrust, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. Google them and see how many class action suits they have against them.July 29, 2017by Jodi PG
