- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Highly recommend. Been seeing Dr Bibliowicz for almost four years. So personable and attentive, treats you like you're his only patient. Yes, there is usually a wait, but please understand that he's running behind because he's tending to his other appointments and treating those people like they're his only patient as well- answering their questions much like you'd like to have yours answered...
