  The receptionist are so rude an disrespectful the wait time it's extremely long . i called for an appt an they left me on hold for a long time when they pick up the call they're joking around an hang up on me. I will not refer anyone to this clinic.

  Nancy is extremely rude, immature and incompetent. The Dr. El-Said is excellent...very thorough, great patient care model. His receptionist, Nancy, is rude and does not fit in such a positive, intelligent environment.

  horrible service phone and personal. no etiquette in medical professionalism in the front office. The doctor is good but for some reason they dont go beyond reasonable testing to find the root to a unidentified problem. They treat previous patients as if we are in a waiting list to be called back and never are. So many neurologists out there willing to get to the bottom of your questions. This office is good only for those who already are diagnosed and need treatment for it, but not recommendable for someone who is looking for a diagnosis of something. I had to take my son to kids neuro across the street in order to find the problem he was having with fainting episodes. this office never found anything just giving unnecessary testings to get $, I took my son to kids neuro and they found the problem. I left unsatisfied with undone work.
