- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My insurance company called this office and were told for me to call them right away to get an appointment for my 3 children. I called immediately and was on hold for 40 minutes before anyone even got on the phone and then was told that they were accepting new patients BUT would not give me an appointment. I was told to call back on July 12 to make an appointment. The person that answered the phone as well as the supervisor that I requested to speak to were nasty, rude and inconsiderate. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am active military - TRICARE is my healthcare provider. I never met Dr. Mapa because the phone number associated with her - no one answers. I left my callback and no one called back. I stopped by the office and no one knew her. So, I replaced her with hopefully a responsive network. Customer/patient care happens early on.
