  Absolutely fantastic! The office run incredibly efficiently - appointments run on the dot or ahead of schedule. Staff is friendly. Dr. Ferguson is thorough, but efficient and truly listens to any comments or concerns.

  I am leaving her practice because she said in no uncertain terms she can’t help me, and I disagree with how she practices, and her bedside manner to me was terrible. It was not a good fit, and I hope she can find lots of patients with straightforward health needs, since this seems to be her preference. She gets one star from me because though she is honest about what she will or won’t do, she can come acros as rude. Her staff is wonderful, zero complaints about them.

  I can't even rate Dr. Ferguson a one star just didn't have a choice if I wanted to post. That lady is very rude and mean. She has no bed side manners. My first visit, some ladies sitting in the waiting area tried to warn me not to see her; however, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. I went to her because I suffer with migraines and I made the mistake of telling her that I had gone to another doctor who informed me she was not licensed to prescribe pain meds. Dr. Ferguson immediately told me she did not prescribe narcotics... I am like who asked for narcotics... I don't take narcotics...She seemed to settle down after I said that but today... she was on a rage... I went in because was diagnosed with sciatica and the doctor did prescribe me narcotics of which I can not take because they made me light headed... She came in and suggested I should file workers comp. I said this was not a job injury then she said "well I don't care that it's you who's going to have to spend 500,000. I am looking at her like what are you talking about... then she said you are taking a lot of narcotics... I said what are you talking about... here's the meds the doctor prescribe and you will note I only took one in two days...because they make me light headed... then she said I am going to give you a shot... I said oh no... years ago I was misdiagnosed and the doctor gave me a shot and that night I could not walk.. she got so upset and said well you can go to the ER because I can't help you...you don't want the shot and you can't take narcotics what do you want me to do...in a very nasty tone... I said that's okay I will go to the ER then she said I am going to write you a prescription for oral anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer....I said no that's okay and left...If she would have checked my records which I provided from day one... she would have known... I can't take NAIDs due to stomach ulcers and I am high risk for heart problems and since the heart is a muscle ... I do not take muscle relaxers...Her office needs to be shut down... her staff is nice.
