- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So, my name is Scot. I am 40 yrs old and I recently lost my father to dementia. I took care of my father on my own for 5 years. It was very stressful and hard. If given the chance I would do it again. However, during this time I had to give up my career and any kind of social life. i believe all of this stress has caused some serious internal health issues. I have no insurance and just barely make enough to survive. I called Dr. James C. Rosser's office in hopes he would talk to me and hear my story and hopefully offer some guidance or help. I was told he would not speak to me because of office policy. But he would cut his consultation rate by 50% and he would talk to me in the office at a rate of $150.00 for thirty minutes.February 28, 2017by Scot H
