  My job had a health fair. They had a sign that asked if you snored. If so they had a mouth guard that will help me and it was covered 100 percent by my insurance. Went to the office and started the process. The office manager asked me if I had any questions and I asked how much I would have to pay for the sevice and she said it's all cover under my Insurance 100 percent. I got the mouth piece in November, in December they got paid and in September they send me a bill for $1894 for the difference. They are not honest, if I would have known it was that much I would have not gotten the mouth piece. And would have went with the machine that my insurance does cover and pays 100 percent of the cost.

  Such a horrific experience. Where do I start? Made an appointment for veneers. I get to the office and they have me down for a cleaning? Where was the miscommunication after spending an excessive amount of time on the phone being very clear about what I wanted? The hygienist takes me in and takes a picture of my teeth with a camera asking me what I wanted done. I let her know I wanted composite veneers on certain teeth. She then is filling out a chart waiting for the Doctor who I guess does the cosmetic work alongside Dr. Heap. So Dr. Fayhe or however you spell comes and sits next to me asking me what I did not like about my smile, I specifically stated to her I wanted veneers from canine to canine. She became so stand offish and said that I have a nice smile already and would not do that. I told her, I am not happy with my smile. She recommended me going to an orthodontist to get some teeth rotated. I told her again, I want veneers and I am not happy with my smile. She then apparently got an attitude and said "ok, I can have you come back and have Dr. Heap take a look and see what his opinion is." I'm thinking to myself, why would I come back for him to possibly tell me the same thing? I bit my lip being respectful, said okay and got up. They refused to give me any type of treatment plan. And wanted me to come back to see the doctor for his opinion. If I am telling you I am not happy with my smile and want a procedure done, what is the issue? If I'm willing to spend the money for a service, why was I being treated like I was crazy? I have never had a dentist catch an attitude simply because I told them I was unhappy with my teeth. Mind blown. Such a waste of my time. Was looking forward to getting some cosmetic work done here but never ever will I waste my time with this so called "Dentist". Where my expectations were and what I received were on two different planets. As a young professional, I am aware of great customer service is and the way I felt when leaving this place was ridiculous. Only go here if you want RUDE, unprofessional service, if you want to waste your time, if you want to NOT get what you expect. Other than that, I would stay away. There must a reason that 50% of the reviews are a one star. And for me to make an appointment at Dr. Allan Heaps office and not even get to meet him makes me wonder what kind of a brand ambassador you are for your own business.
