  I called on a Saturday Morning and I schedule an appointment for my son. The person that answered the phone "Stephanie" she set up the appointment for 11 am and she asked me if I knew the address, as my respond was yes . I always take my son to the place listed on Google not knowing when I arrived to the place was not the correct one , so I called and she was upset of me asking what was the address, she started to telling me that she gave me address over the phone and that I should know what address they are located on Saturday's , so I said I didn't know but if she can wait for me I can be there in 20 min and she said fine. So I drove all the way to the address she provide me and It was already 11:30 am and I was already at the place but I couldn't find the suite, so I was searching on my phone , when I received a call from her and I asked where is the suite , that I was already at the place but I couldn't be able to see the nemours office, so she was having an attitude that she sounded she was in a hurry because I think they closed at 12 pm, and she was having this attitude that she was pushing me to reschedule, so I ended up not going because she said it was already 11:45 am and we cant be able to get in there no more so In my opinion they don't care about children and they only care on their open and closed time. Bad customer service and they even emailed me and said I missed my appointment and in the future if I keep missing appointments I will not be able to use this primary care anymore. Seriously this is a bad experience for me .
