- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a great experience here; the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The office and equipment were very clean and even the music was great IMO. Dr. Gretchen Jungermann performed my root canal and did a wonderful job; as did her dental assistant. They both made feel comfortable and at ease. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a pain-free root canal today. Dr. Isler was friendly and outgoing as were his staff at the Waterford location (thanks Amanda!). I had no wait time and was literally called back before I finished filling out the new patient form. The numbing and root canal were pain free. The office is clean and modern and they have invested in modern equipment which makes me feel more at ease as a patient. It's also worth noting that I was in and out within an hour. More specifically, it was only 45 minutes from the time I arrived to the time I was checking out. I am grateful to the staff and will definitely go back should I need any additional work done.
