  I will NOT be coming back here. If you're diabetic, avoid this place. I went in as asked by my primary physician to have a diabetic exam done. They didnt check for sensitivity, pulse/blood flow and when they "did the diabetic care" of my nails I was horrified. Didnt remove old nail polish, didnt soften cuticles, just wiped with alcohol and like a medieval torture device, inserted the cutter under the nail and cut. They cut the nail diagonally, leaving quite a bit of raw skin exposed, not only it will grow all messed up but also more prone to infections. The picture attached is how they left my toe. The doctor I saw neglected to explain the aftercare of the nail surgery procedure before I was numed. I find this to be a lack of consideration, at this point i felt uneasy and declined it (surgery). I got numed at 3 pm and it's 10 pm an i still cant feel the toe but i have terrible pain in the nail. The cold spray they used burned my skin which is still whiteish because of it. I spent 3 hours there. The staff is courteous but they forget the walls and doors are paper thin and a patient shouldn't have to hear unproffesional conversations. They didnt charge me a copayment even when I asked, which I find very odd. Hopefully I dont have a hidden suprise in the mail.

  I called to make an appointment two weeks ago and my appointment was last week. First they gave me the wrong suite number and my appointment was 8:00 AM in the morning. It took me a while to find the right suite after going in and out few times. I was frustrated and when I arrived I mentioned that they gave me the wrong suite number and the lady at the reception sarcastically said we have not used this office for three years. The gave me an application to fill which I did as quick as I can so I am late for my work. The lady at the reception was reviewing the information with me and then she told me you did not write down your social security number and I replied back that I don't have to. You have my driving license, my insurance card and I paid my co pay in advance. She said that they will not be able to see me unless I give her my social security which by law they can't ask me for it. I was starting to get impatient and I asked her to talk to the manager. I also wanted to check with my husband and he told me not. I go back to her and she tells me that she threw my application and that I have an attitude and she threatened me that if I will not change she will have to deal with me differently. I had already wasted an hour and I wanted to go ahead with the visit as I have a drop foot for two years and I can't walk much. But the way she treated me and how rude she was made me decide not to go with the appointment. This is my advice to everyone, now that the identity theft is common you should not give your social security to anyone. They have no right to enforce. Second the way she dealt with me was very rude. I will never trust them to help me as they are extremely extremely unprofessional when it comes to dealing with the patients.
