  My daughter needed her molar tooth to be extracted. They didn't ask her to open her mouth for visual exam. They started from X-ray. I did not want to do X-ray. The case was simple enough. Initially, I was told to sign a statement that I deny X-ray. They made us leave the medical office. Instead of arranging such a statement, the ladies at the reception desk gave me a note (attached): "X-ray is required by insurance". When I call my insurance, the operator said it was up to me. I let the receptionists listen to the insurance company representative. After that, the clinic changed its explanation, stating that it was the clinic policy. I requested them to provide me an evidence of the policy. Instead of doing that, a rude guy, by name Minh, popped up and wanted to call the police. I did not leave, insisting for them to give me a written statement. Then the owner, female, showed up. She said they cannot provide any written statement and what she will not let my daughter to be treated in her clinic anymore, and if I did not leave immediately, they call the police. And they actually called!
