  Let me preface by saying this: The vet's are wonderful, as are the techs, but the office staff has made me consider a new place for my two dogs. Today (and I will be calling corporate) I witnessed Jim verbally assault an older woman because she had brought up that she had been waiting over 30mins to receive her dog's prescription. Listen guys, your office staff is THE FIRST point of contact with the public. I have no idea how you let him continue to work after the horrible things he said to this woman. I understand it was busy and he may have been stressed, BUT SUCK IT UP. You are working in customer service! It's your JOB to let people know their complaints are heard, that you will do your best to rectify the situation and then you move on. How dare you YELL at this woman, suggest that she leaves and "tries again another day" and that because "Banfield is not a licensed pharmacy" she shouldn't expect prompt service?! Horrendous behavior from a fully grown man towards a woman 25 years older than you and a foot shorter! If you can't handle the stress of a job dealing with the public, then consider a new career! Mind you, at this point I had already been waiting 45 minutes past MY appointment time....
