- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Frank used to see both my daughter and I (and my son saw another doctor there), however last year I missed two appointments (my fault) and she sent me a letter stating I was not welcomed back. So I waited a year, called back to see if we could reverse that and I was told no. Understand, my insurance pays for both of my children to come to her location. When I explained if I could not come back they would not either, they were completely fine with losing not just one patient but three. So that feeling that I wasn’t just a number no longer stands for this location. Apparently they have enough patients not to miss three more. Thanks!
