- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Why can't you post 0 stars if the experience dictates it. The office waiting area is small and overcrowded. There are NO refreshments that you'd find in most Dr's offices including water. I waited over 2 1/2 hrs past my appointment time, which no one explained or apologized for. Dr Shane seemed she could careless if I was there and rushed out after a couple of minutes. I was treated for one issue but could've easily been treated for others which now will require another visit and copayment. The instructions and recommendations from the Dr seemed to have been lost or not properly communicated to the check out person. I was told I should come back in 2 weeks, yet they booked me for 3. The Dr recommended Orthotics and pads for my callus which were never followed up on. A very bad overall experienceNovember 19, 2017by T M
