  I really wish I had researched all of the reviews instead of just reading the nice ones posted at the top. My fiance is an insulin dependant diabetic. He has had to fast for 24 hours with no insulin since yesterday morning. His appointment time was 12:20pm. It is now 2:45pm and he is still waiting to be called back for his procedure. Really??? Also, as I look through the reviews complaining about the ridiculous wait time, I see the owner responds with a request for reviewer to call the Administrator, Peggy, because they take these comments seriously. Really? Well, since these reviews have been over the past 6 months and here we sit with the same issue. Obviously, neither the owner or Peggy take this seriously or give 2 hoots about their patients, their patients' discomfort, or their patients' time because we are still sitting here 2 1/2 hours past the appointment time. The only reason we are still here is because we don't want him to have to go through the prep process again. I guarantee if he needs anything else done, it will NOT be here!!!
