- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Office is extremely unorganized and some of the employees are discourteous and unprofessional. Doctors and Nurses don"t get back to you in a timely manner or not at all. Asked for February's EEG results several times, never received it. It took medical records 6 weeks to finally transfer our records to a new neurologist. I finally drove to the office and supervised them faxing the records since they had "lost" my first two requests. New nurse practitioner was not very knowledgeable and treated our concerns about the VNS very dismissively. Then she proceeded to make fun of our concern while talking to her co-workers outside while I heard every word she said. Our new Doc in a new office just pulled up the result on our first visit and discovered a brand new diagnosis that we were never informed about. This was end of July.
