  I can tell you from my own experience that Dr Lach and his team are the best in the area. The office is very modern nice and clean and Dr Lach has over 25 years of experience which speaks volumes. I highly recommend and trust Dr Lach!!!!

  Fantastic experience and smile result with Dr Lach and his great team best in Orlando. Brad gave me excellent service with compassion and care. I am so excited that my smile will be finished in May and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend Dr Lach to anyone that wants the best.

  I went in as a new patient after losing my retainer from my original orthodontist back in west palm beach. I was fitted for a new retainer and was told to wait 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks i still had not received a call, so i reached out to Lach for an update. For 4 days i repeatedly called and was "promised" a call back each time with an update on my retainer after they "checked their files. Finally i was able to get an update: they never even made my retainer and i had to wait ANOTHER 3-4 weeks. After another 4 weeks had passed, I finally got the call to get my retainer. I went in, and they made the retainer completely wrong, fitted for my bottom teeth when I needed one for my top teeth. Was told to wait ANOTHER 3-4 weeks for a new one to be made. HORRIBLE experience along with no customer service.
