  I decided to try out Kidsville Pediatrics due to the proximity of my home. My 1st visit was pretty bad, it was my sons 1st visit after the hospital and I had an appointment. I was turned away because they said they do not find my son's health insurance. I was upset and called United health care and they said they that my son was indeed in the system and if the office did a search they could have found the information. So which means the staff didn't even try and they were very rude about the situation. My insurance provider called the office to clear up the situation and but I was not able to maintain my appointment since it passed 30min. Which was ridiculous because it was an error on the office. I went back for my son's 1st month checkup which the office called almost every day from the week leading up to the appointment. I arrived 8/5 at 3pm for his appointment. The whole office cleared out and even people that arrived after me left before I was called back. I waited 2 hours to be called, then I was left to wait 30+ min the room all for a 5 min appointment. I was referred to another Pediatrician for a procedure which I had to wait 20+ for. I was so upset that I didn't want to be there any more. I asked multiple times as to while they were taking so long and the doctor decided to take care of other patients instead of printing out a paper for me. 3+ hours later I finally was able to leave. This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever come encounter with. Huge mistake trying out the location, it's a big joke. Do not waste your time!
